Los Dias De Los Muertos

"Calacas"*

Handmade skeleton figurines, called calacas, are part of the Day of the Dead celebration. Calacas usually show an active and joyful afterlife. Figures of musicians, generals on horseback, even skeletal brides, in their white bridal gowns marching down the aisles with their boney grooms.

these calacas are amazing i used to never really like the spanis background until i took spaish this year in school i am 9th grade and couldn't enjoy this class any more i love the spanish seaking regions
