2009 Passover begins on April 8th - at what time? Is it sunset? And the ending is on April 16th - correct? and at what time? Finally, is travel permissable durng this time?

If Passover week begins April 19/20 in 2008 when was the Passover meal eaten? Likewise, if Passover week 2009 begins April 8, when will the Passover meal be eaten?
