From a New Jersey estateA rare find! A magnificent string of 81 large Baltic amber beads of matched coloring, strung together on a real silk chord. Together the beads weigh 143.6 g!
We guarantee this necklace to be of genuine, natural, and untreated amber. Please note that a similar strand of amber beads fetched $12,500 at Bonhams this spring (see picture; lot 8177 sale21772). Condition: great vintage condition, near perfect. The silk string is worn and undone at the end, and there is powdering and chipping of the beads near the thread holes. [Please examine all photos carefully, as they are part of the condition of Sale 1. We guarantee our items to be authentic and correctly dated.
2. We will gladly answer all questions and concerns. Please ask BEFORE the end of the sale!
3. Failure to reply to our messages or initiate payment within 5 days after end of sale will result in termination of sales contract. Non-paying buyers will be reported to and blocked from our future sales.
