1783 SOUTH CAROLINA GENERAL ASSEMBLY INDENTED CERTIFICATE-STATE COMMISSARY :
$899.00

Here is a very rare (only one other known from my research) of a South Carolina General Assembly Indented Certificate dated Charlestown (became Charleston, SC.) , April 1, 1783. It is for the sum of 359 Pounds Sterling for \"Corn and fodder supplies\" for the South Carolina State Commissary. It is signed by the Commissioners of the Treasury, William Parker and Edward Blake. In overall good condition, with some stress tearing along several folds. Still holding together in one piece, though fragile. Signed on the back by various South Carolina officials, Samuel Mathis, John Hatfield, and William Freeman. VERY RARE ! I will send to the US only; any questions, please ask.
