Welcome toour sale , for your consideration in an authentic late 1960s Kawai ES175electric guitar , this is a big / large and beautiful RARE electric guitar madein JAPAN. The guitar features 3 pickups 6 control knobs and large flourentinecutaway. The instrument is in very original condition such as the nitro finish,and the parts that you see , the structural integrity is exceptional and theneck will be straight with string tension , NOW: the electronics were testedwith a digital volt meter and to the best of my ability the pickups ARE WORKING, now the new owner will most certainly have to count on contact cleaner and orother electronic attention as a volt meter will not reveal this information ,the binding is lose by the nut but willglue back nicely , the nut is missing , there is no bridge , the tremolo unitis missing parts , there is no case , frets look good, zero fret like a gretsch, guitar is weather checked and worn , there is a puncture mark on the frontbut lower and not bad , great worn vintage look , 3 tone sunburst , I mightremove the neck for shipping , if your looking for a mascot for your recordingstudio the kawai has a great deal of personality and charm , the lower bout is17” wide the body is 3.5” thick , guitar is nearly 9 lbs , quality rosewoodfingerboard all nice and nice old guitar looking , ok I use homemade shippingboxes , but pack very safe , again I may remove the neck , the scale length isabout 25 ¾ from zero nut to roller bridge , A GREAT ENJOYABLE REWARDING PROJECTthat most likely obtain “ keeper status “ make your offers and send yourquestions , we do out best to insure 5 star service , please convey anyconcerns or complaints as our commitment is to customer satisfaction , thankyou .
