12\" 1996 MIB Robert Tonner Betsy McCall in the scissor dress and shoes. She was actually the second issue, the first was recalled because the red material bled on to the vinyl and ruined the original doll. I had to wait several months until the replacement was ready. She really wasn\'t that different, they just changed the amount of red and put a layer of mesh between the material and the doll. Mine has never been removed from the box.The box has some scuffs and marks.
