X1 3.8 USA no-feet soft head Pez dispenser. This rare dispenser is in excellent condition, although the head has a tiny bit of head flop (1/16\") which is fairly typical of these older USA Pez. The stem is in great shape and the dispenser operates flawlessly. This villain displays great and is free of any chips, cracks or melts!
