Up for sale is a 3.9 Austria vintage Cockatoo Pez dispenser. This guy\'s springs are tight; operates and displays great. His stem is in near mint shape being free of any chips, cracks or melts. But has a small molding short-shot void in the inner sleeve and a little material pull-away at the injection site at the top of the head; otherwise displays and operates great.
