This listing is for four postcards - probably from the 1930s or 1940s - advertising Milwaukee\'s most famous restaurant, Mader\'s German Restaurant at 1041 N. 3rd Street. This historic business was founded in 1902 and still exists in the building shown on this card. Three of the cards use humor in their advertising.Three of the cards are in excellent condition with no tears or creases and very little corner or edge wear. One card - the Kalbshaxen one - has a crease in the upper left corner.
