Rare sought after 1889-91 scalloped plates by Doulton Burslem. These gold-ish (near the rims) bone china plates are decorated with hand-painted flora in delicate pink, mauve and cream colors. The scalloped edges are gilded. There essentially 3 different patterns. It has the Doulton Burslem mark painted on the back with the Registered Number 72067. The series number is C2020 indicating it was introduced in 1889-1891. No chips, cracks, crazing, color loss or gold loss. The plates are in excellent condition.
