An antique royal doulton HN1667 \"Blossom, mother\"porcelain figurine approx 6 1/2\" tall.
The 7 on the side of the mark on the bottom indicates it is 7 yrs removedfrom 1927, dating it to1934.
One of the hardest to find and may be one of theprettiest of the vendor series of Doulton\'s from the 30\'s. One of the rarest and prettiest of the royal Doulton pieces. Beautiful basket of flowers, and lovely facial expressions.
Made in England - hand made anddecorated.
There are 4 small white defects in the glaze on the back of the cloak which are visible if the figurine is not facing forward as it would normally be displayed. These marks are from the glaze having these small parts imperfectly applied. The flowers are all perfect as is the rest of the figurine.
This is why Ihave discounted it.
