The carving is delicate using several layers of the shell for different color contrast and depth.......from whites to grays to tans to browns.....naturally domed shell. Mounted in the most elaborate and unusually shaped frame....soft rose gold...testing for 10K or there about. Measures over 2\" x 1 5/8\". Old C-clasp.Few tiny seed pearls as accents. Looks all original. In wonderful antique condition. I\'ve included antique velvet lined leatherette box. Very special piece!
