Details:This sale is for the RARE antique Victorian miniature salesmansample Windsor rocking chair, made ca. 1880-1900. The beautiful mahogany (webelieve it is mahogany, however it might be some other hard wood) piece isartfully hand carved in great detail. In the 19th –early 20thcentury a salesman would travel with such sample to demonstrate it to theretailers/buyers as a miniature version of an actual chair.
