The text used in this design is only a sample. All items are custom made and personalised to suit your requirements; please double check spelling and information is correct as your stickers will be printed exactly as sent in your message. We will send you a digital proof copy if you request it. We ask that you kindly check carefully that all information is correct and there are no spelling errors before you approve for printing as errors can not be rectified once printed.

v PRODUCT DETAILS

All stickers and labels are professionally designed and printed on high quality sticker sheets with a gloss finish, unless kraft . Due to resolution differences in screen monitors, the colour may vary slightly different from the finished product.

v DELIVERY

All orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched, same day via royal mail , however, we cannot be responsible for royal mail services and post is not a guaranteed next day delivery service. The estimated delivery date provided by is not a guarantee that you will receive your order by the date shown although we endeavour to get orders out quickly and most orders do arrive within 2-3 business days, please allow for delays, especially during bank holidays and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. To avoid any potential delays by royal mail we recommend ordering personalised items in plenty of time before the special occasion. Once dispatched we have no control over delivery.

v RETURNS

All personalised items are non-returnable. In the event, you receive an item you feel is defective due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the defect and we will dispatch a replacement.

We cannot personalised individual stickers, all stickers on a sheet must be identical!
