For sale is a wonderful Franz Bergmancold painted bronze inkwell modelled as a inkwell.
Signed Bergmann, impressed Geschutzt and numbered to the underside of the tail. Circa 1900
Overall condition is very good with minor losses to the paint. There is a porcelain inkpot but I do not believe it is the original. Would of been mounted on a wooden or marble base which is now missing but could be easily replaced.
Measures 6 1/4\" wide by 3 3/4\" high.
