Up for sale is an exquisite, antique,silver plated, 9 piece Egg Cruet Set on a stand with accompanying egg cups& egg spoons. The set bears the English hallmark of William Page &Company. The firm was established in Birmingham, England in 1880 and used thismark until 1929. The egg cruet set, will add that touch of impressive eleganceto any breakfast table serving family and friends. The pieces measure thefollowing:

·The egg stand measures 8.50 inches high and7 inches in diameter.

·The 4 egg cups each measure 2.50 incheshigh.

·The 4 egg spoons each measure 5 incheslong.

Each dainty egg cup has a holeon the underside that fits into one of the four pegs on the base. The fourspoons fit into openings on the handle at the ready to serve those luscious eggs.Between each cup, there is an indentation shaped like an egg into which saltcan be added. A second egg could also be placed there. A lovely floral and leafdesign decorates the indentations. The egg cruet set rests upon four, cannonball feet keeping it off the table preventing any moisture or heat marks. Otherthan the slightest of marks on the base where the egg cups sit that cannot beseen when the egg cup is in place, the egg cruet set is in EXCELLENT ESTATECONDITION with no repairs, flaking ormajor silver wear to note.
