A lovely, antique, white, drop-waist, Edwardiandress with long sleeves. Hand embroidered and hand sewn.

The dress ismade up of hand-embroidered batiste panels, which are connected with inserts ofdelicate Irish hand-crochet lace.

The insertsare especially striking on the two sides, where they run the full length, from the bottom of the skirt to under the arm of the bodice.

The delicate Irish crochet lace embellishes the shallow U-shaped neckline, which is shirred at the shoulder.It is also onthe front of the skirt, as well as swirling aroundthe sleeves.

The back features a hand-embroidered yoke and many rows ofnarrow tucks.

The dress measures 46 in. from shoulder to bottom of hem; 40 in. around the bust; sleeve length is 24 in.; skirt is 25 in. long&88 in around.

The dress is in excellent condition. It has been hand laundered, but could use a careful pressing.

It would make a beautiful Wedding Dress.
