Mid 1800\'s Huge Hardbound book of Vintage Instrumental Sheet Music.Measures - 11\" wide x 14\" long by 2\" thickWeighs - 6.75 pounds. only allows 12 photos total per listing, chose to use 10 of those to show music title pages, so bear with me and read on... This is a hardbound collection of approx. 56 sheet music compositions, all piano & organ I believe but not sure..Below is a list of the ten shown in my supplied photographs, by title/composer or publisher/date/photo # (note: most of the 50 covers are dated by the text similar to \"entered according to act of Congress A.D. (Date) by (Publisher) in the Clerks Office of the U.S. Court for the X district of (U.S. state name)\", and the several that are dated early 1880\'s showing a copyright date, such as photo #6 New-Port Waltz. Publishing dates range from 1840\'s to 1880\'s..Photo #1 - Lincoln\'s Funeral March - Balmer & Weber, E.C.Davis - not datedPhoto #4 - Damask Rose - E Mack - 1867Photo #5 - East Rose of Summer - Kinkel\'s - 1867Photo #6 - New-Port Waltz - C.A. Carr - copyright 1881Photo #7 - Perle de L\'Amerique - Kinkel - 1866Photo #8 - Home Sweet Home - J.L.Peters - 1866Photo #9 - \"Mexico\" Roses & Thorns- W.T. Harrison - 1866Photo #12 -\"Dances Marches, Polkas\" Flower of St. Petersburg Waltz - Resch - undated.Overall this hardbound is in good condition, with solid page binding to the spine and cover boards, and most all pages in excellent condition as far as good edges and flexible not-brittle paper. One loose piece on the spine but is attached -see photo #3. There is foxing on some pages, not on others, and varying degrees of yellowing from age and some taped pages and edges. Many of the pages are in excellent very well preservedcondition, and all pages appear to be present.The only color-printed pages are shown in my photos, all other content is in black & white.One of the two leaves of music of \"Funeral March\" has been cut out loose and not real good condition, and the other same and brittle, but the cover page with the Abe Lincoln graphics is good condition with good edges. There is no title, index, or publishers page to this book but not because they are missing, and believe this is a privately bound collection..I am showing you the page in the last photo #12 as an example of a minority of these in this collection that the cover/title page is actually a cover list of musical titles, and the following pages of music is only one of those tunes. Look closely at photo #12, there is an illustrated hand pointing at the title \"Flower of St. Petersburg Waltz\", and that music is what is on the following pages.
