About the artist:Johnathan Menaker is a multi-field Israeli artist - painter, poet and musician.Was born in Petrozavodsk, Russia.Started drawing at the age of 12.Studied at local Art School up to repatriation to Israel with his family.Graduated from IASA (Israeli Arts & Science Academy) in Jerusalem, where studied painting.After studying in yeshiva in Tel Aviv for several years and returning to his Jewish roots, he finds an inspiration in images of Jewish life, experimenting with various manners and techniques.Lives in Israel.
