I HAVE CART PLACED IN THE SHIPPING BOXES AND HAVE ADDED THE MEASUREMENT AND THE WEIGHT, SO THE SHIPPING FEE SHOULD BE CLOSE. This basket is used but I did not see any chips or torn splints. The cart has marks on the basket and might be able to be cleaned off as well as the handle as well. Enlarge pictures to see condition of this basket. The wheels have been rolled around the home. The Plastic Protector has tape on where there is damage but with the tape on it is very sturdy. I bought it used and it has just been sitting in my home with items in it for decor. I hate to say this but I have another one of these and I love them. I planed to use one but I never have but I bought this one used years ago.
