This basket is in wonderful condition, I do not know its age but the color is still vibrant, kept out of the sun obviously. It stands 7 1/2 inches tall, about 8 inches wide at the top.. Found here in Maine, ash splint, sweetgrass, pine needle wrapped rim on the basket top, the braiding is lovely in each row, used for sturdiness. Great storage basket .
