Commercial grade Mexican thatch for palapas, tiki huts, tropical cabana roofs or any tropical spot that needs that island feel. Don\'t be fooled by machine made thatch from China. Our thatch\'s knots are tightly hand-woven meaning years of longevity and authentic true palapa tiki hut swag!
Ridge caps are awesome for the top pitched roof areas of tiki bars and cabana roofs. No more butting up thatch to perfectly match. The ridge caps add that professional install to your tiki oasis!

Thatch is a handmade product. Each thatch can slightly vary in size. They are very close to the stated size but can vary a few inches in both the lengthand/or the width. Please orderenough to allow for measurement approximations. Thatch is veryforgivable when installing. Thatch also arrives indifferent color hues of greens and yellows. The green means it was a newer cut and will turn the normal yellow within weeks of install. All thatch starts out greenish, then turns as it dries out. This is how the palm grows on the trees. Green, then yellows as the sun hits the cut product.

DISCLAIMER:This product isnot fire retarded.We recommend applying a flame retardant spray for commercial use. We do sell interior and exterior fire retardant in 1 gallon and 5 gallon pails in our Shop for you to apply to the thatch.

Payment Options:Damage Claims/Replacements:

All sales are final. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free replacement process. Replacements will be issued as quickly as possible. We only issue payment refunds if we have made an error in the description of the item purchased, if we sent the wrong item, or if your item is out of stock at the time of replacement. The Customer\'s payment will be refunded in the original form of received payment, upon inspection or damage approval if a replacement is not available.

  1. In the rare even of damage, please message us within 3-business days to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA#) and damage claim. We cannot accept returns without an RMA#. Freight Shipments: If you accept the shipment by the freight company and sign off on the bill of lading, the shipment is considered totally free of damage. Please inspect the items prior to signing the paper work or bill of lading to ensure that the shipment did arrive in acceptable condition with no damage. Damage claims cannot be submitted to the shipping company or Tiki Toes California after the customer signs off on the paperwork or bill of lading for that shipment.
  2. Please keep all original packaging and boxes intact for 7-business days. We cannot open a damage claim without the original packaging. The shipping company may send an adjuster to inspect the damage.
  3. Please take photos of the damage and message our Customer Service Department within 3-business days. Often a photo is all we need instead of physical inspection. Please include your name, and address along with your item # or your invoice #, (which ever applies).
Lost Items:

Please message us if you have not received your order within 15-business days. If your lost order has not been reported to us within 15-business days of purchase the item is non-refund able and a lost claim cannot be generated. Although damaged items & lost packages are EXTREMELY RARE, we understand that situations with shipping companies may arise that are out of our hands. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we will work quickly to rectify any problems should they occur.

Bamboo poles and bamboo products are not exchangeable. We cannot assume responsibility for customer ordering errors or contractor miscalculations. Color variations do occur in bamboo, however, this is a natural characteristic and not a product defect so please order enough bamboo to ensure proper color matching. Bamboo is subject to cracking and splitting just like any other wood product. We do not ship cracked bamboo, however it can crack in shipment or in your storage due to weather and temperature variations. Please download our BAMBOO TIP SHEET for recommendations on how to reduce your chances of splitting. We cannot guarantee consistency with any of our bamboo products, but we try our best to offer the highest quality bamboo currently available on the market. Bamboo is not an engineered straight product as it grows in the wild. Please expect tapering and natural growth lines. We strive to send the most straight bamboo poles to our customers. We highly recommend Cabot Australian Timber Oil for protection of exterior uses on bamboo products.
