They have several factories around the world. To fill the need for
the more popular frames Oakley has started having components made
at their other factories. Some frames will not have the Made In The U.S. A modeled
into the earpiece. You will see CE modeled into the earpiece. This means
certified for Europe. Europe has stricter standards for eyewear than the USA and Canada.

Most Oakley boxes say Assembled in USA. Some of the boxes may even say
assembled in a different country.
Unfortunately; we have no control over which factory and where the factory is located
in the world that is assembling the glasses we receive from Oakley.
We really wish we did. As does all the other Oakley dealers.
