Primitive Old Southeast Asian Rice CutterA generous er has identified this piece and helped me to correct my description.Handle is loose, blade is rusty, curvey handle is beautiful but has a few blemishes.A unique \"primitive\" I have held on to for a while because it is both a tool and very decorative.
My guess is that it is 50-100 years old.
Wood is dark and similar to rosewood/mahogany.
