Shipping
I ship daily Monday through Saturday, and usually ship within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment, but could take as long as 2 business days. Shipping is through the Bulgarian Post Office which is closed Sundays and holidays. Great care is taken in preparing the packages for shipping using appropriate sized boxing, bubble wrap and other cushioning materials to ensure the package arrived safely.
Delivery time is out of my control, so please, be patient. I always keep a proof of postage.

Returns or Defective Items

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs including insurance if applicable. All Items must be returned in original condition went sent.
