I bought a stamp collection at a recent sale. I\'m not an expert so please look at the photos to determine stamp type and condition.
I do not grade stamps.Because I am not a stamp dealer , If I send parcel without a tracking # and It instloaded within 2 days of payment I loose my t*p r%ted se77rs st&tus. They told me that stamp dealer don\'t care about the st&tus and rating, so I am forced to send these first class mail with tracking. I will combine shipping at no extra charge......So please offer accordingly..I\'m so sorry...
