This whimsical figurine has since retired but was originally sculpted by Wee Forest Folk legendary artist Annette Peterson. As you can see from the images above, on the bottom, there are the official Wee Forest Folk stickers, artist name, artist initials and the year it was created, 1990.
This piece does have a small chip on the bottom and a paint chip off a flower on her dress, as pictured.
