Here we have a few Wiltshire Regiment related items.

First is a lovely Solid Silver medal or pendent. This belonged to FG Mundy a soldier of the Wiltshire regiment. This medal was supplied by Hamilton & Co. Jewellers in Calcutta Dehli and Simla, India.

The pendent is in the form of The Wiltshire Regiment Badge. The front is engraved with decorative letters FGM. On the back it is engraved A COY 1/4 Wilts India 1916 Hockey.

The hallmark is H&C (Hamilton & Co. ) Anchor- Lion - O. Size of the item is approx 3cms wide and 4.5cms high. The box is approx 7cms square. All in good condition with a little wear on the outside of the box.

Second item is an identity card Wilts Regiment Old comrades association. Issued to Sergt. F G Mundy DCM Oct 1927.

Third is a later identity card Frederick G Mundy of Rushall Marlborough Wilts (I believe he may have been from Bradford On Avon at the time of the great war due to another item to be listed seperately, take a look in a day or so)

This card shows his photograph and was issued during WW2 (14-12-43) when he was enlisted in the wardens service.
