Born in the village Kostrova now inBerezniki village councilin Rylsk districtKursk region.Russian.

Inthe Red Armyin 1918.During the Civil War he fought in the9th Infantry Division Kursk.

In 1920, the Order RVSR number 502 - Commander Communications Company 27 Infantry Brigade of the 9th Rifle Dobykin awarded theOrder of the Red Banner[2].

After the war until 1932 he served in the Red Army.

In 1936, again in the service of the Red Army.

In the fall of1938sent toChinato work as part of a group of military advisers, he was awarded theChiang Kai-shekOrder of the Cloud and Banner.

November 29, 1939, the Order of the People\'s Commissar of Defence number 04,821, Chief Signal Corps5th ArmyDobykinu given the rank ofbrigadier.

In 1939-1940.involved in theSoviet-Finnish War, with the difference that awarded a secondOrder of the Red Banner.
