Condition: Excellent, with no fraying, tears, or other damage to the net. There is no fading of the light brown color, and there is no damage present on the net.
This net would have been placed over an M1helmet during WW2 in order to reduce the shine of the helmet and to place camouFlage and foliage over the top of the helmet. The nets were regularly used by airborne troops, especially the larger size netting. This netting measures about 20\" x 18\", with each square 2\" x 2\". These original WW2 nets are hard to find,especially in this condition, so don\'t miss out on this one!!
