Invitation to a dinner at the Mayflower Hotel honoring President Hoover 12/8/1931. Invitation has the embossed VP seal at the top and the invitees name is in calligraphy matching the engraved portion of the invitation. Evidence of glue from scrapbook on back but front is in excellent condition. I have never seen a VP invitation from this time period.

This comes from the Sanford Fox collection who headed the social office at the White House Kennedy-Ford.
