You are buying an original photo that was taken, printed and produced at the time of the subject matter pictured. In other words, if a car is shown from a race in 1954, the photo itself is 59 years old. IT IS NOT A COPY.

In most instances, there are cut line attachments and/or a photographer/news service stamp on the obverse side. Most are from International News Service.....bureau stamp on the obverse. Most are L-O-N-G out of any copyrights. (We are in no way implying that this, or any other photo, is \'public domain.\' Do your research.) We have 100s of these and will start the process.

I have attempted to include the cut-line copy if it is apropos. That should suffice for a description. Unless a notable problem exists, condition can be seen by examining the scans. Cut-line paper stock is brittle, often cracked and/or missing pieces. It\'s the nature of the beast- usually done on blank newsprint. Photos are vintage and may not be \"gem mint.\" SOLD \"AS IS.\"

A few images we may have duplicates of are only scanned once for time purposes.
