HISTORY: Quilt(s) made by Nora Bell (Dawson) Burnett Born July 7,1888 in Gilbertsville, Kentucky and passed away February 19,1978 at the age of 89 in Tahlequah, Cherokee Co. Oklahoma. Mrs. Burnett was a very petite little lady of 4\'11 inches tall. She would sit in her favorite rocking chair (her husband George had to cut down to size fit her) doing piece work on her quilts. Mrs. Burnett made many quilts in her life time and gave away many more then she kept. Most all of the quilts that she made and kept, have never been used or washed and been kept in storage all these years!

Please see Nora Bell\'s Personal Collection of Quilts we have to offer. This quilt is one of twenty-one (21) beautiful quilts bought from her son\'s Estate. Be sure to check back often as I put up many more of her quilts!
