Payment
I ask that payment be made within five days of closing offer when a purchase is made via a winning sale. If you make a purchase via “Buy it Now“ I ask that payment be remitted within 5 days of making purchase. I accept Paypal as the preferred and only method of payment . Obviously if you want something and need more time, please check with me I have no problems working with anyone that is seriously interested in any of my items.
Shipping
I will generally ship your item within two business days of confirmed payment. This is once I receive and confirm notification of payment being received, confirmed and cleared via Paypal. I will notify you when I do confirm payment and when shipment was made. I ship Monday - Friday except on holidays. I use US Priority Mail / Parcel Post / Media Mail / First Class Mail, etc. and I will ship to US addresses only. Please note that I must wait for payment to clear Paypal before shipment is made. Some payment methods will require a waiting period. If your payment is not completed and confirmed as funds available, I will wait to ship your item until payment is fully cleared.

I use proper packaging for each product I package and ship. Your product will be shipped using sturdy USPS Mail boxes or an equal equivalent. Nothing worse than getting a broken item.
I would note that my shipping prices are aimed at the actual cost of the product to ship to you. Please understand that the base price for shipping most items is a minimum pricing standard set by the Post Office. I don’t add handling fees, gas fees or fees for having to get up early and mail your item like some others have done. The price charged is the base price which the Post Office charges to ship the item. This would include the cost to package and ship your item, plus tracking* and insurance* when applicable*. Please note - I don’t set the rates for shipping - these are based on what the USPS states is the cost to ship your item to you . I try to package and ship items which provide the fastest delivery to you at the lowest shipping price possible.
Please note that the shipping price listed is what is estimated to ship your item to you. I regularly use Priority Mail as a preferred method of shipment. I will at times use a different service based upon cost of shipment to you and for reasons which provide the service of shipment at a cost reflected in the shipment cost stated in my listing. Some items due to size, weight, destination, and other factors will require that a different shipment method will be required. Please note that the shipping cost is what I am charging to ship an item to you regardless of the service. The shipping method listed is a general reflection of how it will be sent, regardless the shipping price is what I am charging overall to ship this to you.

Insurance and Tracking
*I try to limit the cost on shipping by only using insurance on products with a value over $50.00. Because of the newer policies governing shipping prices, my shipping price has to be inclusive to a lower amount to you but not an additional overhead cost to me. If you have won an item and would like insurance please let me know. PLEASE NOTE, I DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY FROM HOME NOR DO I PRINT OFF SHIPPING LABELS ELECTRONICALLY. I ACTUALLY GO TO THE POST OFFICE TO OFFICIALLY SEND OUT EVERYTHING. THUS IF YOU WISH TO HAVE YOUR TRACKING # INCLUDED OR SENT TO YOU - JUST LET ME KNOW. I WILL NOT HAVE THIS NUMBER UNTIL THE ITEM ACTUALLY GOES TO THE POST OFFICE and I get a printed receipt for everything. My notation of “shipped” as listed in the item query for is just that, item in transit and being shipped. For specifics to any item please inquire. This is done because per policy “we as sellers” have to have the item uploaded and out within a time frame. There are times that I will have shipped out your item and in order to meet the need to have items also uploaded I will list as shipped before adding your tracking number.

My goal is to provide you with the very best service possible. This starts with a product you expect to quick turnaround in shipping and proper care and handling of your product. I take an extreme amount of care and diligence with each product I post and sell. When someone takes the time to place a offer and pay promptly I believe it is imperative to communicate with my buyers and get them the product they have requested through winning.
Buyers Remorse -
I want everyone to be happy with their purchase. I try to take the best photos and provide the most detailed listing possible. I ask that before you buy or offer, please if you have questions - ask before committing to buy. If I list something incorrectly or make an error I will do whatever I can to correct. My expectation is to get the product to you promptly, safely and provide an overall happy buying experience. In the event you get something and just change your mind, I do not offer refunds. The items I list usually fall into the Collectibles area and because of this I cannot offer general refunds. If I make a mistake etc. that is different. It is a case by case review so please, I want your business and I will do whatever I can to make sure you get what is listed. If an issue does arise - problems with orders.I want you to be happy with your purchase. On some very rare occassions the product you purchased may have an issue unknown at the time of your purchase or in some very rare cases damaged in transit etc. If you have a problem with your product I ask that you first contact me. I guarantee that all issues that are legitimate concerns will be addressed swiftly and I will work quickly to resolve said problem. Everything ships with insurance and if I make a legitimate error I will correct the problem. Please, please if you have a problem get with me first. I would ask that before you file any type of claim you first contact me. My response record should speak for itself as I have strived for the utmost highest of standards in the customer service I provide.
