Hello! Thank for viewing our sale! Offered in this listing is a group of 2 Vintage Stick leg or woolly sheep. Believed to be from Germany. I could not find any stampings on the sheep to give me an idea of age or origin. These were purchased from the estate of a local primitives collector along with the other large group of Putz sheep I have listed. These sheep appear to be quite old. But the pencil on the underside of the carts has me confused!? Perhaps these are vintage sheep added to a cart at a later date? Any thoughts would be appreciated! When I press my nose up to them I do detect a faint smoky or stored odor. I can\'t quite determine what it is but again this is only when I literally hold them very close.
