This is a large piece (73\" double = 146\" or 12 feet long x 60\" wide) of vintage pillow ticking. It is folded at the op of the bed in pics and then sewed down the sides as a sack with an opening at the bottom of the bed. It was used years ago as a bed or thin mattress cover. So it is a lot of material, since it is double. It is from an estate sale and came in a large wooden trunk of vintage linens. It does have some stains and marks and some small holes. There is one hole about the size of a quarter and one larger than a silver dollar. Also, one hole was repaired as shown in picture. I have not seen this particular pattern/color of pillow ticking in the past--it definitely looks like vintage fabric. Please zoom on the pictures for close details of the condition of this fabric.
