It all started with my grandma, who lived in Europe and died in 1996. She was a talented doll shoe- and dressmaker with enormous patience, making stuff mainly of her own and her mom\'s old clothes. She loved to dress dolls better than she loved dolls! Needless to say she never sold anything through the internet. )) Grandma developed her own patterns, templates, so on. We still have some shoes and clothing made by her. Sometimes we make shoes using her priceless knowhow, instructions and notes. Also there are piles of parts and materials left from her workshop.

Wonderful old doll shoes from our private collection. Appear to be made of some dark green fabric, covered with delicate lime-green silk. Silk has few tiny holes and the underlaid material is peeping through. Use zoom feature to see it in pictures. Great condition with age signs. Silk is faded and discolored, fragile. However shoes are keeping an excellent sturdy shape. Cotton lining, cotton soles, golden heels.

Clean, no odors of any kind, never around pets, cigarette smoke, etc..
