We number most of our items, to ensure that we send the exact item from the sale. Please disregard anything in the title that looks like (Z-12). It just helps us make you happy.

We do kindly ask that you keep in mind that we are not professional historians or do we have a complete understanding of the intricacies of everything that we list. We love to find vintage items and offer them to the public; most for use in modern homes with retro or mid-century flair.

We do try to list each item as accurately as possible, and provide detailed pictures for further review. Any defects will be noted in the appropriate section. Please also keep in mind that our eyes are not perfect – and teeny tiny or manufacturing style defects that are considered \"normal\" to the manufacturing process of the piece may be missed! Please ask questions, if you see anything questionable.

When purchasing tile, we have many ways of assisting with color choice, and would be glad to receive a sample color or chip of your tile, to help make sure we match as closely as possible, saving time and money on returns. Sample pieces are typically free shipping.

We have a dog. It typically does not assist with the process, but we do want to disclose this. Our items can come from anywhere, so if we can tell that an item was previously owned by a smoker or a pet lover, we will disclose this. Otherwise, purchase at your own risk!

Please contact us with any issues stemming from the purchases of your product! We aim to please, and will work with you to remedy damaged items, or items that for any reason you wish to return. Please do not wait to notify us, and give us just a bit of time to react – we have children and families, and sometimes do go outside our office for a few days.
