It\'s black - inside and out.
It\'s used.
It has extra insulation around the feet (warm feet...ah...)
It\'s been in storage - wash before using. (No brainer, right?)

May have some light staining.
May have stiff zipper.
May snap hard, or not at all on some snaps.
Velcro may not work.
The barrel lock may be missing.
The shock cord may no longer be elastic.
There will most likely be pilling in the foot box
BUT - it will still work, and keep you warm.
May have any of the previously mentioned defects.
May have medium sized holes, (2\" or smaller).
May be very difficult to zip.
May have more staining than the useable bags.
May have some mildew.
May be missing up to two (2) snaps
The shock cord may be missing
Probably not useable in it\'s current condition, but
