Very rare 100% authentic Presidential Pardon dated January 27th, 1934 hand signed by

President Franklin D. Roosevelt

Very rare and seldom seen actual Presidential Pardon issued and signed by FDR to a Joseph Winkelstein (very interesting content ... I scanned the text so you can read the declaration and justification ! ).. Document is in very good shape double sided measures approx 9\" x 13 1/2\" in size with the required Red Department of Justice Seal affixed as seen. FDR\'s signature is superb in nice rick fountain pen ink.. Document is also counter-signed by Attorney General Homer Cummings.

Rarely do you see or get an opportunity to acquire an actual Presidential Pardon especially one actually issued and signed by President Roosevelt.. The last one to be offered on (in my humble opinion not nearly as significant or nice as this one) was sold for around $5,000.. and most dealers who sell an actual FDR pardon often ask $6,000-7,000 or more when encountered.

You will be quite pleased with this hand signed FDR Presidential Pardon..
