- Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange. Once product condition is determined, we will issue a refund or exchange the product. Game pieces out of shrink wrap are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
- Shipping charges on non-defective items are non-refundable.
- If you purchased an item that was marked \"free shipping\" and return it, we will deduct a shipping charge equal to the actual UPS Ground ship rate.
