This BUY IT NOW is for ONE (1) 1998-P Lincoln Cent OBW (Original Bank Wrapped) Roll

ORIGINAL, UNOPENED & TIGHTLY WRAPPED

fromthe recently opened original mint box.

Besides the rare Wide \"AM\" there are 13 other varieties to search these rolls for. According to coppercoins.com thereare 9Doubled Die Reversevarieties including thevaluable DDO # 1 plus 4 \"Wavy Step\" varieties hiding somewhere, maybe in unsearched original bank wrapped rolls. Maybe here.

The pictures areof a random roll fromthe mint box.

The 2 pictures of \"BOTH\" ends of this random Heads/Tails OBW roll are shown. This is how an OBW roll is suppose to look. Some of the so-called OBW rolls that we see here on make us laugh. Do they think we\'re stupid? Some sellers only show one end, the GOOD end! Why don\'t they show the other end? Because it\'smost likelynotoriginal, that\'s why! They don\'t show it because usually there\'s been some half-hearted attempt to fold the wrapper in or even hand spin the paper was made. On a TRUE OBW roll, both ends of the paper wrapper are\"TIGHTLY\"machine foldedinon both of the end coins, similar to a crimp on a shot gun shell. So when you see a seller only showing one end of a supposed OBW roll, ask them to post a picture of the other end. Don\'t be surprised to not get a response.

A close-upof a random roll from our mint box is to confirm the 1998-P date.

Another picture shows that these rolls display,N.F. STRING & SON, INC. HARRISBURG, PA., U.S.A.\"& also shows the \"V\" shaped serrated edge of the paper roll which is a \"MUST\" for REAL & TRUE Original Bank Wrapped Rolls.

Your OBW roll(s) is placed unopened & undisturbed in aNEW plastic tube forits protection during shipping, as pictured.

Here\'s another little tid-bit of information that we have learned over the years. This \"V\" shaped, serrated edge of the paper is also how OBW rolls are suppose to look. We see some so-called OBW rolls with straight edged paper that spirals all the way from one end of the roll to the other & they\'re not even tightly wrapped. SO, beware of otherso-called OBW rolls here on . We know! We have learned the hard way.

Pictured is how we received this mint box before we opened it.

The seal below is what is suppose to be on original Mint Boxes. The seal on our mint box displays,

CWI # 103
AUG. 20, 1998
INSPECTED BY
#4503

We finally opened the mint box to reveal the 50 OBW rolls as pictured. Your roll(s) will come from this box and will be Heads/Tails, Heads/Heads or Tails/Tails.

In the past, we have obtained some so-called \"unopened\" OBW rolls, but could notoffer them as Original Bank Wrapped rolls because they had been opened & then reclosed. Please read the response from our buyer\'s and \"buy with confidence.\" If we say it\'s unopened, it\'s \"UNOPENED,\" GUARANTEED!

Disclaimer: Theremay bespin marks on the end coins of the roll(s), but this is typical for \"REAL & TRUE\" Original Bank Wrapped Rolls. Planchet stains, contact marks or toning may also be present on end coins and/or coins within the roll. Our x-ray machine is in the shop for repairs, so it is impossible for us to know what will be discovered in the roll(s). As most all er\'s know, buying unopened Bank Wrapped rolls is a gamble & like buying a lottery ticket, you never know if you\'ll be a winner or not. Because no one knows what is in this or any unopened OBW Roll, we feel that buying them just to obtain high Mint State coins is not impossible, but not thebasic idea due to unforeseen planchet stains, contact marks & die scratches. For us & most all er\'s, the lureto buyunopened OBW rolls is to be the 1st personEVER to searchthe unopened OBW roll to hopefully discover rare & valuable varieties (Doubled Dies & RPM\'s). If you are simply searching for high grade Mint State coins with minimal planchet stains & minimal contact marks you should buy froma seller that is basically offering plainold BU Rolls or BU coins where they show & you can see the loose coinsor where they state that the coinsare Gems or in high Mint State grade. The point being, when you buy & open an unopened OBW roll, it is yours to keep & cannot be returned.
