This is a model of theB109 Class destroyer. These were large ships. They had a top speed of34 knots, carried4 3.5-inch guns, and6 torpedoes. Thesetwo funnel destroyers were long and sleek and served heavily into WWI and during the Battle of Jutland.This GHQ model isvery nice and she looks great in this scheme. She has been given several finish coats to protect the paint. She is made of pewter. This ship will look great as part of your fleet.The ship is made by GHQ and is 1/2400 scale*.
