Rare Vintage FIRST VERSION 1960\'s SCHUCO 6333G Disneyland Alweg-Monorail Set with Sky Red Train, 1:90 HO Scale. Made in Western Germany under license from Disney Corp. Set looks used in the original box, and is everything you need for a working monorail display. Includes instruction/accessory catalog (in German). Nearly impossible to find in this condition! The monorail train has some very light scratches in paint. Box in good condition; has a couple pieces of tape on the outside of the cover corners. Contains the first generation original thin plastic yellow insert which has some breakage or cracks in places. Also, this set was among the first version gift sets which were offered in the original colors (red or blue) of the Disneyland-Alweg Mark I monorail that began operation in 1959. Would be an absolutely fabulous RARE historical set to add to your collection! A great asset within any Disney Collection or for collectors of HO layouts and Monorail trains! SOLD AS-IS-PICTURED.
