Theseoriginal “Alky” lounge chairs designed by Carlo Piretti for Castelli represent great MOD design from the 1970s.They are VERY COMFORTABLE and perfectly suited for watching Yellow Submarine orlistening to Sergeant Pepper (on Vinyl of course). While I have seen these chairsfrom time to time, I acquired this group of chairs due to the exceptional condition! Mostof the “Alky” chairs on the market today need upholstery work or have beenreupholstered with non-original materials. These are 100% original and nearlyperfect!

Upholstery:TheRust / Burnt Orange upholstery is quintessential late 60s early 70s and in nearly perfectcondition. It is heavy industrial wool like that used on Herman Miller or Knoll furnishings. Hard to believe these are nearly 50years old as they look Really GREAT.

SHIPPING:These can be blanket wrapped and shipped with one of my fully insuredindependent truckers. These trusted shippers are small companies thatspecialize in the safe delivery of antiques and collectible furniture. I may also be able to pack and ship cost effectively through Greyhound Bus but in many cases trucking can be as cheap as Greyhound. In mostcases these could be sent to NYC for about $249 - 349. Boston, Florida,Chicago, Detroit and Texas for $275 - $389. In addition, I can get a these to the west cost via Plycon trucking. To get more accurate shipping cost please give me a ring.
