Offered here is an absolutely stunning example of authentic antique offerriware: a large bronze vase with stunning inlaid designs of pure silver. This vase is a rare very large design, featuring words from the Koran, and interlocking decorative bands. I believe this item dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century.
The vase measures approximately 25 cm (almost 10\") in height and 21 cm (8”) in diameter at its widest girth. Overall condition is very good; however, this is a very old object, so please expect slight scuffs and scratches, minor corrosion, blemishes, etc. All is as one should expect to find in an item 200 years or more in age. Please examine listing photographs carefully for complete documentation of condition. The sticker on the bottom was found when acquired; I do not know its translation.
As you can clearly see in the pictures, this item displays and presents absolutely beautifully! Far larger than most examples, this is a stunning example of antique offerriware!
