UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR SMALL PACKAGES FROM CANADA~ Your item is still insured and we absolutely guarantee you will receive it. We just ask for your patience so we can keep costs reasonable at $3.25 for a scarf instead of $16.00. I hope you understand. To receive a tracking number it is a minimum of $16.00 ~ this may be why your higher end package has a higher postage cost.

Return Policy: Item must be returned 14 days after the buyer has received it. Please contact us, as we may work out a compromise for a small item that does not involve shipping it, as postage can get expensive for a small item.Generally refund will be given as a merchandise credit.
