This exquisitecoffee/tea pot was made by the Bassett China Co before 1914, pattern #5789. The company began production in the 1890s and stopped production with the beginning of WWI in 1914. This china is hand painted Limoges stock.The coffee pot ismarked on the basewith Bassett\'sred logo - a circle with BASSETT at the top and AUSTRIA at the bottom with LIMOGES across the middle.

The pot is8-1/2\" tall with the lid in place. It measures5-1/2\" across the wide part of the belly and 8-1/2\" spout to handle.
