2- ALL gowns and dressesthat we sell are quality brand new, direct from the designer We do not do custom orders or alteration. Our gowns are never been worn or used. They are still in the original manufacturers packaging.

3- Please know your measurements before offerding. Please use a tape measure to take your actual measurements for a proper fit. Do not judge bust measurement by the bra size. If you are in between sizes or unsure of the fit, choose a size up, as it is easier for your seamstress to take in, rather than out.

1-Asa courtesy to our customers, we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 daysfrom the day the item was received.,

2-Anyreturn or exchange after 7 days will be refused.

3-Incase of a return, we will refund you the amount you paid minus a 20% restockingfee and minus the original shipping cost (even if purchased as \"freeshipping\").

4-Customeris also responsible for return shipping cost.

5-Asa courtesy, if the customer decide to do an exchange we will charge a restockingfee of 15%.

6-Customerpays for shipping both ways (we cannot give free shipping twice on the sametransaction.
