The tallest is the sheep herder and he is 5 1/4\" tall, right under him is the tallest wise man at about 5 1/8\". The wood manger is 9\" by 11\" and 5 1/2\". The manager is not marked, but the pieces are mostly marked, the ones that are say Italy. Most are green underneath. They seem to be made of a plastic or compressed paper mache. The horns on the cow are a little rough but still look pretty good. This is a older set from an estate sale.
